I'm in Durham in the center of RTP (Triangle Park). Deal hunting sounds good although I'm not sure how much damage my bank account can take.

You sure? I thought that title belonged to JSRF... besides, JSRF and GV have been out for 7 months now, while CT3 came out for only a month...
