It's not that simple, since I don't have the money. I just got an X-Box in the summer, and I only got Halo and Gun Valkyrie. Granted, these two games (especially Halo) has been enough for me, but only owning two games for three months kinda sucks. Besides, I have always only had the money and patience to only support one console a generation. I still play the others, like from borrowing from friends and stuff. That might change, when I can actually find a job, but for now, I'm sticking to it.

EDIT: That is, of course, unless you, Despair, or some of the other members of this fine establishment known as TNL can donate money to my non-profit charity "Help this piss poor gamer get a PS2 and GC".

I was never a big Shinobi fan (which is odd because I've always been a huge fan of Sega's arcade games. Shinobi just never seemed all that special to me) but the new one looks fantastic. I don't like the beat-em-up/hack-n-slash genre, but Shinobi seems to rise above it and deliver something fast and smooth. If the challenge is good, the game is going to be absolutely fantastic. I can't wait. The game looks like everything DMC should have been but wasn't.

And let's be real here. From the gameplay movies I've seen of Ninja Gaiden it's absurd to think it even has a chance to live up to Shinobi. It's nothing but standard beatemup fare, the kind that got old a long time ago.

Yeah, the movie at Microsoft's booth at the last E3. Ninja Gaiden looked pretty bland and boring at the time. Hopefully Tecmo will use the full power of their Sega Imitating Skills™ on this one.

Tecmo's not all bad. Fatal Frame is the scariest and best survival horror game to date.

Personally, I'd prefer all-new games to remakes, sequels, and re-releases, but all three of these look very nice.
