Nope, no way at all I can play all of the current and upcomming releases that I'm interested in. There's just too many. I'm guessing most of you can't play everything on your list, either. So, out of all the current games you want to buy and play, what is getting the axe? Also, what games are making the cut and getting your play time? What games are you just not interested in? Let's limit this to games that have recently been released, or games that will be released in the immediate future.

My time and money are currently going to/have recently gone to:

Mario Sunshine
Ikaruga
Super Monkey Ball 2
Beach Spikers
GunGrave
Castlevania HoD
Megaman Zero
E Card Reader

I will get and play Contra and DOA Volleyball. I hope to get Steel Batallion, and DDR Max.

As for games that I really wanted to play but I just can't:

Kingdom Hearts

Sega GT 2002

I want to buy pretty much all the games on the list, and I've been buying a bunch of Neo*Geo carts lately.

My bank account is seriously hurting lately.

Well, I will definately play Contra, Shinobi, Rygar, Tomb Raider DA, Red Faction and Dino Planet. And Kingdom Hearts.

Since most of the games on my list come out in the next 2 months, it should give me some time to finish up with DTR, Turok, and try GunGrave and Kingdom Hearts.

So I should be allright

It's not that simple for me. DOA looks like a pick up n' play kind of deal. Animal Crossing looks like a huge time commitment. If I were to play Animal Crossing, I'd have to scratch much more than just DOA off my list in order to clear out the needed time. It's killing me because Animal Crossing looks really great. I had to pass on Morrowind back when it came out for the same reason...

Not true man. Once you get into it, you can easily playt for 10 - 20 minutes a day or so. The fun is finding out what has changed in the town. Who moved in, who moved out, checking your mail, Talking to the animals you like & messing with the animals you don't. You don't have to play for long periods of time, the draw is that you will want to come back for a little while a day for a LONG time. I can't wait to see the seasons change & there are a lot of holidays coming up. I need to get ready for Haloween!

The only thing I've passed on so far is Kingdom Hearts. I already whipped on Mario and Castlevania. I'm halfway through Mega Man and I will be getting Starfox(though I'm still skeptical with it being made by Rare). Nothing short of death could make me miss out on Contra or Metroid Fusion. I'm banking on Contra(PS2 and GBA)and Metroid(GBA WAY more then the GC version, but I will play both) to carry me through the holiday season with the new Tomb Raider, and whatever my wife gets me for my Bday and Xmas.
