Did I think that? Nope.
But some folks were still living under the delusion that Tecmo would dumb down a million+ selling game for the sake of appealing to a wider audience. The graphics are supposed to be better than DOA3 so I don't see how anybody could think this thing was gonna be on PS2.

Oh come on, graphics wise, PS2 could barely pull off DOA2 properly! I never in a million years thought PS2 would get another DOA game.
BTW, I'm comparing the US PS2 DOA2 to the Japanese DC DOA2.

NG comes first I believe. I'm happy, this isn't really news, but I'm happy a new DoA is on the way, and I'll just assume (and get my hopes up) it'll be XBL compatible.
