Brief but to the point. I'm quite interested in this title. Thanks for the impressions. *-neo
platform - GBA

company - Capcom
The popular Mega Man franchise continues with a new face in the spotlight and a new enemy behind the scenes. Can Zero overcome the deadly robot onslaught and save the day?
Graphics -![]()
Zero has never looked cooler. Solid, colorful graphics with little to no slowdown. Mega Man fans will be very pleased.
Sound -![]()
Decent tunes, but nothing truly memorable. Passable at best.
Gameplay -![]()
If you've played any Mega Man game, then MMZ will feel like familiar territory to you. There are some significant changes/additions though. Zero doesn't steal the bosses' weapons, instead he gains new ones through his comrades. Cyber-elves are new additions, but the most useful ones require leveling up rpg-style,which can be pretty tedious to those who hate that sort of thing.
Story -![]()
The best story in the MM series yet, with a surprise for longtime fans.
Overall
Not truly groundbreaking in terms of gameplay, but still a solid-playing title with a fresh look and feel. MM fans will definitely want to check it out, and others looking for a good action title should try it.
The verdict:![]()
For MM fans: Buy. Everyone else: Rent.

I'm sorry but I learned absolutely nothing from this review. Well, maybe the part about cyber elves but that's it.
Freeter, how big is the game? I looked at it earlier today, but opted to wait for a bit 'til I heard more.
"Tick-tock"
You prefer a Jay-style review of the game then? I kept it brief so as not to bore you with the details since the game is virtually identical to nearly every other Mega Man game out there, only emphasizing the new aspects incorporated into the game, which includes the cyber elves.Originally posted by Golgo13

Depends. If you play straight through, you can get done with the game in about three days or so. The cyber elf aspect is what adds longevity to the game, since finding all of them and powering them up takes a considerable amount of time.Freeter, how big is the game?
There's only one ending, I presume, so the other difficulty modes you can unlock after initially beating the game are meant for fans only.
