Rockman and Forte---GBA or Super Famicom/Nintendo?

Which version is better?

How does the GBA port compare to the Super famicom original?

I'm thinking about adding this game to my library, which version should I get?

I never played the SFC version but the GBA version is great. I would go with that version since it can be had brand new for cheaper. Go for it. It is the best old school style Mega Man I've played since MM3 on the NES.

I don't think importing the GBA one is really cheaper. I haven't played the GBA one, myself, but I played the hell out of the SFC one, and its my favorite game in the series.

Any word on a US release this time around?

I haven't played the GBA version, but I think they're both good. I'd say go for the SFC version if there's no US release for the GBA port. If Capcom announces a US release, then go for it on the GBA since it'll be a plus to understand what's going on (there's a good amount of text when you need to buy stuff and collect all the character CD's).
