    DoDonPachi Dai-ou-jou fans! (and hopefuls)

In my quest to Akihabara today, I spoke with the PCB distros out there and asked when DDPDOJ Black Label is due out. The approximate dates ranged sometime between the 15th and 25th of this month. It's going price is going to be 178,000 yen (about $1500).
The big plus is that you would get both the OG Dai-ou-jou as well as the Black Label version. The bad news, there's (supposedly) only going be 100 copies in Japan!!

    Just tellin' ya.

  2. Only 100 copies!!!! Doh! That's awful...

  3. Hey:

Force, are you going to try and buy one?

It gets worse if one of these ever shows up in Yahoo! JP auctions.

    Wow, good luck.

Do they or anyone else happen to say anything at all about the upcoming PS2 Daiojou?

No one knows a lick about the PS2 port.

  8. 100?! What the hell is the point of even producing the game, then?

Damn. Hey Seven, what's the cost of the original dai-ou-jou PCB? I've seen one for $450. Do you think it'll drop?

That $450 one is at coinopexpress, right? Yeah, that's the Chinese version (Not that I know it's any different from the JP version)
Otherwise, its going price in Japan still runs about $1000. I'm sure it will drop. How low is what I'm sure of. After all, the OG DDP runs a good $320.
