specific RGB question

Yes that is a 27 inch RGB monitor... got it from a government surplus warehouse.

Here is where the questions begin...


Is that a standard connection? Do I need some sort of convertor to run my games on it? If so I'll talk to Matt I guess.

Looks like you have a 34-pin RGB analog pinout, same as me.

I have no way of knowing whether the pin layout is the same as the Sony monitor I use, though. If Matt or anyone else is going to build a custom cable for it, they'll need to have a pinout diagram. See if you can find one on the 'Net.

Nice find! Surprising what some people consider trash, eh?

It looks like it's got the usual Sony 34-pin RGB input (it is a Sony, right?). That's the connector that Sleeve's monitor and my own monitor use. It shouldn't be hard to get it hooked up.

Do you know your screen's model number by chance?
