Konami and the number 573

You might see the high score as 57300 (or has 573 in it). Then there's the arcade hardware System 573. References like that. Anyone know the story?

Ko is the 5th katakana but the others don't match.

I thought the default high score in Gradius 3 was 58300, but I could be wrong.

I wonder if "57300" appears as one of the dog point values in Radiant Silvergun?

According to NMetatron's FAQ at GameFAQs, many (if not all) of the point values are supposed to reference other shooters. Since RSG is chock full of shooter references, it's a possibility.
