The US-based publisher adds to its stable of developers.


THQ announced today that it has added Outrage Entertainment as an internal development team. Best known for the PC hit Descent while known as Parallax Software, the team plans to unveil an original action game for PlayStation 2 and Xbox at E3.

Also, THQ also announced that it had established Cranky Pants Games, an internal development studio, in Seattle. That studio is working on a GameCube project slated for a 2003 release.
