Should charector traits be chosen purely on the basis of the type economy one wishes to set up eg industrial , agrarian and tourism. personaly i have never chosen any other combos other than these
booze baron+elected as capatalist+financial genius and schorlarly+ugly and coward
tourism
travel agent+ hotel corporate buyout+well traveled and green thumb+alcholic and coward
could you please recommed any other combinations

No, Sports Complexes are never profitable, except maybe, if people/tourists don't have much else to do for entertainment.
I chose those traits just to get an extensive list of game modifiers (don't ask why), but there are other alternatives.
