Whenever I try to install, just gets to 70%, then says something about data 3.cab error. ANyone know why? is it a bad cd? should i buy another cd? PLease help. THank you for your time.

I did a quick search and found some other threads about the same problem. Maybe you can check them out and see if any of it helps you.

Did not work for me. It opens the 'start search' page.

This 'section' of the site is about the original Tropico. There is another 'section' devoted to Tropico 2, also known as Pirate Cove.

I'll ask Strongblade the next time he shows up, then.
I've had the same problem getting it to work on my computer. It got to about 70% before I ran into troubles....
