Resigned from union steward - lots of reasons, none major. Possible pay rise ahead with possible back pay - fingers crossed, still fighting. No chickens yet, depends on move. Definitely going to next stage of moving house. Found town we'd like to live in - house prices there seem attainable - phoning estate agencies tomorrow to get estimates on selling. Town we like is small, surrounded by countryside and has a chocolatier!
Unfortunately seems to have some restricted areas as to where you can keep chickens!
Not played any Tropico recently, been playing Civ 4 - got Morrowwind as a present so playing that next. Other presents include 4 canvases (abstract art can't be that difficult!), a nut and seed bird feeder, a bottle of blackberry liqueur, a book - "Good Omens" and a thermos to take homemade soup to work for my lunch! (All excellent gifts - thank you Mr CB.)
Oh, and I am on some annual leave at the moment - since last Thursday and not due back in until Monday so Yay! for Spring break!
Fizzies this evening consist of some delicious spiced rum so very Pirate Coveish!
