Raiding Settlements...

Just got game 2 days ago.. Already stuck on I think...chp. 4/5/6 when you first hoard the money or so.  But anyway how DO you raid a settlement?

wrong section, this should be in tropico 2 pirate cove help. and chage the ship'srderes to raid settlement,ad then select either a farmstead, a trading post, or a military fort.

But it won't let me click it. It turns gray when I *attempt* to choose it

right. click on the ship.yousee where it says crisue? clikc on that. a menu shoul come up next to it. click on raid settlement. a message comesup. click on farmstead, trading post or militayr fort. voila. done. if you still can't, then change to a cruise mission first.
