Excel Spreadsheet of Building Data

Breakaway Mac has taken time out to make a wonderful excel spreadsheet which shows all the building data about both Tropico and PI buildings. You can get it directly here or over at the Strategy Table.

It's great to know that the http://www.strategyplanet.com/tropico/files/tropico-tpibuildingdata.xls
(directly here) link still works.

Even if you don't have Excel, you can still open and use the spreadsheet with a program called Quick View Plus by Jasc - which is a whole lot cheaper. I may be out of date on this because I got it some time ago -- but it still works.

In working on my upcoming scenario today (yes I am working on one!), I discovered that there is no building type for the Teamster's Office.  But after a little searching in the game data files and a game test, I discovered that the VehicleDepot building type is actually the Teamster's Office.  Must have been from before they got rid of vehicles and decided to just give the teamsters a wheelbarrow.

In case you should run into this somewhere. FWIW
