I want to ressurect an old topic.

I'm usually a nice dictator, I don't do ideologic cleansing, but after reading a little about other people, I'm considering trying it out! Umm...after I build my prison, I usually round up all the German immigrants and jail them. I'm the kind of dictator that likes to keep my eliminations under wraps, unless the occassion calls for open view action. I build my prisons far away from the city and when I wish to eliminate someone, I'll arrest them. When they get to prison, I'll free them, then immediately have them eliminated, which will keep others from seeing it. If a rebel is really getting on my nerves, I'll arrest his wife, and sometimes kill her.

I also arrest people who think about the 'forbidden dance'...cause...its forbidden of course

I arrest protestors if they catch my eye, I arrest unemployed people if they wander close to the tourist zone. I dont execute that often, although once I had a 'cull' of unemployed peopel, so I sent my soldiers into the ghetto to wipe them out, but.. it was in part as I had a bad famine at the time and needed to shed some pop.

I also try to make my island a complete utopia.  Nothing but peace and prosperity, no wars, no hunger, no hate, just happiness.
