The Tropico 3 website is taking questions for the developers to answer.  "We are collecting your questions till Wednesday, 29th and forward them directly to Haemimont Games."  Here is a link to the website.

There are people from Kalypso reading in this forum, trust me on that. I think they want to increase the hype before the game and get more people on their own forum which is good. Once the game is released, all sorts of technical problems, question about mechanics and etc. would be posted there and they can relay this information to us (we, of course are reading and posting in their forum as well).

Anyway, the list of questions is piling up and that is good.
