Starting Revenue Earned Bug ?????

I was playing around with a few things and built a Cabaret and a Casino (RAPIDO) for a new scenerio.  Game was set to start January 1, 1950 (it did) and there were 3 tourists.

Somehow the "lifetime" earnings of each was over $500,000!  The Cabaret and Casino each had 1 tourist in them, both tourists had maximum spending levels of less than $40.  So, that means the previous visitor (whoever that was in that the scenerio just started) each spent almost $470,000 each.  Now, maybe in the Casino...but I want to know what those girls are doing in the Carbaret to stick one poor slob for that kind of cash!!  Some mighty expensive champagne and lap dances!

By the way, both venues were set for the most upscale setting.

I do believe it be a bug.  The scenerio started with 12,500 in the treasury.  By February, 1952 the treasury had almost $900,000.
