Changing the dictator attributes of a saved map?

Say I made a random map and saved it...is there a way to change the dictator attributes on that map, or do I just have to create a new map?

Hmm... I would have to think that you would have to start over, but there may be a way of changing the attributes while playing.

Brf correctly sums it up: there is no "practical" way to change the dictator set up on a saved map.

A few of the other island characteristics may be changed by script.

By careful analysis of the effects of the dictator attributes, it may be possible to neutralize or to reverse some of them with scripted effects. But that was not the question.
