Hi,
I just ordered Tropico and was wondering if I need that patch 1.05 I've seen on different sites. As you can tell I'm brand new to this. I did check this board but it only told what the patch did. Thanks in advance.

Evenin!

   I would get the patch for the simple reason that airports will no longer take forever to build.  Plus, the restoration of the salaries when the World Bank removes the salary caps is a nice touch.

   And I'm just now getting used to 'hotkeying' buildings and almanac pages for a handy-dandy way to zoom in to my docks to make sure that everything is flowing.

   Plus, it's a painless install, and it supposedly reduces your nicotine cravings, oh wait, wrong patch...
