In case you didn't notice, PoptopDave was here and posted a sparse note re: Poptop in the Tropico news forum.

He ran out of here before answering any questions  :-/.

I checked out their website.  The expansion pack looks pretty kewl!!!!!

I have poptopdave's e-mail adress, and he's my buddy.

Ok, we're not buddies, but I still have his e-mail adress and stuff. Just talked to him.. he can't tell me anythingn at all! It's hopeless to get something out of him... otherwise he's a cool dude.
