I am having a problem with people not going to college.     I have alotta  jobs( 17 maybe ) of military generals,  Whatever is in the middle which I have no idea what it says and what it is for, and General Education.   I switch them between each about every 2 years but I still dont get no one coming whats wrong?

the tropicans tend to only think of upgrading their education level one step at a time... If you dont have several openings for high school educated workers, then uneducated workers will not go to high school. After they get their high school education, then they may go for college education if they are interested in the job openings that require college education. If you want to nudge more people towards a military position, you might want to have your schools do a military education, or you might want to have a newspaper printing Soldado de fortuna or have a tv station with the Learning with Larry program to boost the speed at which tropicans learn things and the rate at which they gain experience.

Tater was either very young or had English as a second language -- so his question is very hard to understand.

He wants generals, but he doesn't understand the settings on the building. Parochial means religious education; "general education" means "all other" (e.g. not religious or military) education, but it really means intellectual education. It is not education for generals.

He should set both his college and high school on military education and leave them there. He has to have plenty of high school graduates as candidates for his college.
