Tropic Pageant - Final Round

I am a little late posting this but better late than never.  The final vote for the pageant will start sometime Sunday night, with voting for all contestants.  This vote will be worth 200 points out of 500 total so any contestants without votes or entries in previous rounds still have a good chance.  

To allow all to have an opportunity to tell the forum why they should win, all contestants may post their final speech here.    All contestants will be eligible for the vote whether or not they post and speeches may be made anytime up until the final votes are counted.

In the meantime, get your votes in for round 3, the Swimsuit Competition, now!

The voting will close sometime Sunday evening as long as I'm home, otherwise on Monday morning.

As I'm going away soon I'll post Gilbert's final speech now. Unfortunately Gilbert was feeling too bashful to make this speech himself - he's not used to all this attention.
He asked me to say that whatever the result is he has thoroughly enjoyed being in the Pageant. He is looking forward however to returning, with renewed vigour, to his job as a Teamster. He will never forget being in the Tropico 2001 Pageant and to help him remember he has his Pageant photos already pasted in his album.
He also asked me to say that he would like to pop into the Cafe from time to time if nobody minds. And I say.....
