Keep Your People Happy Or You'll Be Sorry!

I Have a v1.00 tropico game it has no expansions or patches. Sad The problem is that im worried the patches will do more harm than good to my game. Undecided Im paranoid with viruses. Shocked So i dont trust any unofficial sites for downloads. I really want those patches. Cry Any help or suggestions will be greatly appriciated. Grin
