I'm shocked!

How could anyone think I am being nice to someone just because they are a hot chixor?

I am nice to everyone.  Well, except for rebels.  No one cares about rebels anyway.

yep ur right eddy

marlow, how can u say it is crappy if u have never been? Angry
Dubai is a very modern city, it has the worlds only 7 star hotel and has an amazing water park, a very good climate apart from summer when it gets a little too hot.   You really should do some research b4 blurting out ignorant crap just because u have a biased perception of arab states. Dubai is a lot more relaxed than the other arab states due to the fact that they plan to have a tourism industry after the oil runs out.

marlow do some research b4 criticising  a place u have never been and have no knowledge of.

Hey folks. Ahhh, it feels good to be back at the Cafe. Grin

For the new folks at the Cafe I have, for the last 6 years, been living around Camberley in Surrey, all of about 30 miles from you Chocolatelady.

I have now moved back home to a small village called Lingwood, in Norfolk, where I was brought up as a child. Once I manage to sort things out IRL I will be moving to Stowmarket in Suffolk, as the 140 mile-a-day commute to work is really hurting!!

I wondered when you'd get back here.

140 miles you say?  Ouch.  Even as an American I cringe at that.

Oh sure, NOW they call it a toilet, but prior to a certain board member's ill-fated visit there in 1987 they never even dreamt of the possibility!

It's ok I'm here. Grin

Good to see you back sir'Nut! Cheesy

I lived in two villages in Hampshire until I was 11. We then lived in Milan, Italy. I was there for a year before I came back to the UK to go to boarding school. My parents then moved back and we lived in Winchester. I moved to Buckinghamshire to go to college when I was 19 and have been here ever since, apart from a few holidays in mainland Europe. Cool

Hey 'Bean, it sure is good to be home. Smiley

Well KofN, I have a few friends who work for British Airways and they normally go to Dubai twice a year, as they get free flights. They tell me that you can stay in 6-Star hotels for a relative pittance, and that jewelry is dirt-cheap over there.

If you see a tall, pale, Englishman with 100-weight of gold chains around his neck and doing a poor 'Mr.T', just push him in the direction of customs. Wink
