Right Fidel, don't know what you're really getting at but I think insane people would be an excellent new character.  When the person thinks their housing is crappy, their pay is 20% of everybody elses, the environment stinks and their spouse just died, they should go insane!  Then you can build the Lunatic Asylum and send out the men in white coats to subdue the insane person and take him/her back to the asylum where he/she can either be taught to be sane or just live in a straight-jacked for the rest of their life!
