which one is your favorite (legs, hats or birds)?  which do u get first?  do u ever kidnap 2 workers for one of them?

There all nice to have.
I trie to outfit most of my pirates in late game.

Parrots are the most important because they give a significant benefit to all pirates. The others mainly help captains.

This would be a nice expansion/patch addition.  I see a lot of pirates limping around, so they should treat these amenities (parrots, hats, peglegs) like beer and food so if a pirates wants one they can go one their own rather than me finding them myself..

This might sound stupid, but I was pretty disappointed when after making and gifting hats, the pirate avatars didn't show them wearing them!

Same with peg legs and parrots.

Even if the moving avatars don't show these items, it might be kewl to see them accumulate when clicking on individual pirates.

You can see them accumulate when you click on a pirate. They are quite small icons and I think that they are in the top left corner of the info screen, on the left certainly. Smiley
