Pirate Happiness #s Question

I have noticed in the scripts that scenarios that guage pirate happiness are looking for a number in the hundreds.

Based on "The Happy Pirate" where the goal is 75%, the scripy is checking for happiness of at least 192. A little math tells me that 192 happens to be 75% of 256 which makes sense.

However Episode 12 of the Campaign (Jolly Roger) is supposed to be looking for happiness to be above 2/3 (66.6%). The script is checking for a value of at least 160, but 160 is only 62.5% of 256. What gives?

(BTW, Yes I know I am being a pain about these math things. That is what happens when a Comp Sci and Math major who is also a perfectionist loves your game)

I would also like to know what the value 255 means in game terms. Is 255 - 100% of a given trait or ?

For the happiness values max is 255. min is 0.
