How can you change the pics of the dictators if at all? I want to change some and would like it if anyone knows.

You can cycle through various dictators that have fixed profiles.

It is a pretty limited function.

Most of us merely change the names for the top 10 listing and put in desired attributes.

I cannot edit the Presidente profile! In the Online manual it says, "The folder on the desk contains a number of dossiers of people who have desired at some point to rule an island such as Tropico... you can accept their default traits and begin your regime immediately, or you can inspect and alter them by choosing 'View/Edit Dossier'. "

But when I click on the folder NOTHING HAPPENS! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program; I'm running the Paradise Island Expansion pack and I've installed the latest patches. HELP!  Huh

You have to click on the picture on the wall and select your island traits first. Once you are done doing that, you can choose your dictator.
