I don't know if anyone else out there has seen this happen, but I had a new teamster immigrate to my island.  Not so odd, eh?  However, before he even set foot on the dock of my island, he got married to a person on my island.  He was married before he even got off the freighter! Shocked

I just had the same thing happen in Born Again, except w/ a gender reversal.  A freighter pulled in, and I paused the game to size up my newest citizens.  One of my new immigrant farmers had a HS education (thanks Immigration Office), so I was getting ready to fire her out of the farm, but when I clicked on her I noticed her household size was 2. What?!?  Shocked  So I checked, she had married a fisherman (not the one coming in on the boat w/ her, but one already on the island walking down the fishing dock).

It is a good thing they don't have to clear the church for weddings, especially in Born Again (since folks want to go to church 50% more), or my religious satisfaction would really be in the privy.  Cool
