Complete History - reproducable error

Occurs when starting a saved game.

Complete History log adds mutiple events about new buildings. In truth the buildings were made months or years previously.  Looking back through the log has pages of these events.

Screenshot below is an example...the only genuine event is the last one caused by an edict just passed.

Whilst i have multiple versions of many of these buildings - only one shows on the log.  They are also in the order that the first one of each type ws made.

We shoulnt have these in the log.
