realy need help

every time I try to start RailRoad Tycoon 3 it gives me an eror message "RT3.EXE file is linked to missing export BINKW32.DLL•_Binksetvolume@12" what dose this meen I realy want to play this game plz help

 I belive I have had that happen before. Did you just install the game?

  The best solution I know is to uninstall the game, and then reinstall it.

 Hopefully that fixes it!

thank u for helping me but now ive got a new problem  now when I try to start it it says that my Direct 3D is not activated but it is if u can help me again it would be much aprechiated thx

 Now I think you should read Railroad Tycoon 3's Read-Me. I had that problem too, and by reading that I was able to fix it.
