Where can I find player made scenarios for this game?

Basically what the title says. At this late date, it seems to be very difficult to find fan-made scenarios for this game. I see a few here on the forum, but is there a repository somewhere from which I can get more?

And while I'm asking potentially stupid questions, is there any kind of script or sandbox replacer that creates random wars in the sandbox game? I saw TJ's but it doesn't seem to work with 1.2.
