It seems that you are not allowed to download or view attachments on this board.
It would seem that after registering I would be able to view and download jpgs and or any other attachments within a message   So what gives Oh just in case it isn't clear the first sentence is what I get when I attempt to view an ataachment within a message. Thank you

Welcome to the Cafe dutchman. You usually can see attachments, I have the same problem, it's been a problem for me since the update.

I have two problems:

- Attachments.  I cant delete my high score table on the Trop2 forum.  Nor can I upload new images onto the site like we used to.

- Missing some of the icons/images from the player rank.  Two or three star peasants and rebels are fine...but a 5 or more star person comes up with a string of missing images. (little boxes with a small white square with a red cross). Moderators with purple stars are also ok.

Do like the new stats we can see though.

Edit 31Dec: Stars problem now fixed/gone away.  I see stars normally now. 
Edit 05Jan: Can now do image/attachment posts.  Have updated the Tropico2 campaign table.
