Republic of Enrosia: Minister Suggestion/Debate Room

today the first conference of Enrosia Communist Party (ECP) took place in the hall of the first new mine near Angels Camp.
The main subject was the decicion for a party emblem out of 24 proposals.
So after 4 hour's we reached a nemine contradicente for the folling one.

Also it was desidet to change the name of the party "leader" to "general secretary". But i prefer to wait for your approval, Presidente.

As for my budget for the '72-'73 years, it goes as follows:

• Mines: My current opinion is that we need from now to ~1980 every year a new mine

 What you decide within the party you lead is up to you. It's your party, lead it in whatever way pleases you. 

Speaking of party logos, I think every party should have one. 
 Party leaders, feel free to make a logo for your specific party.

Also, for Mr. Eastwood, I checked the pollution stats for Enrosia. As you can see in the screenshots below, the wind is blowing into your district, blowing most of the pollution out to sea.

While my constituants might not like it, District 4 can be the industrial section of Enrosia. We can build all the factories and nasty things in my district, to help keep the rest of the island nice, since the winds will blow all of the crap towards my district anyways.

And that's what we'll do. I will build the lumber mill in 73 or 74 and make Dist 4 the industrial sector of the isle.

Your suggestions on how to deal with the reoccurring housing issue and the amount of mines we should build

Well,
the last update is quite underperforming to me.
I am glad to see that our mining industry is permanent growing fast.

So my intention of "one Mine per year till 1980" is fulfilled (so far).

BUT my big point of criticism is that NO new housing building was set up.

So for housing issues my opinion (well disputed in the fourth party conference of ECP)
is to set up 5 new apartments within the next 8 years.

BTW: can you please post a image of the side in the annual report where you can see the communist supporting people of Enrosia?

Yes, I'm planning on 1 mine per year until 80', however, this could cause a lag on the economy for about 5-7 years, so if it shows signs of doing so, I'm going to have to pull the plug on it.

  Where would the planned complexes be located?

  We also need the opinion of the Enrosian Capitalist Party...so I'll wait for Mr. Eastwood to return.

Sounds agreeable for me. 

The Apartments should be located in the north of Cayo Mambi (between "Central Enrosia" and "Mecklenburg") so the apartments can house the Farmers (of the Farm expension planes in "Mecklenburg") and the Miners.

The Capitalist want better jobs for Enrosia, so we want heavy industry. Industry will help bring in more money so more apartments/houses can be built. We need to seriously address this. Because of this, I'm listing a special amount of $5,000 for housing, now that Russian Aid was passed; don't have to spend it all at once, but it should be set aside and kept aside for the building of housing units.

I also think we need to get immigration under control. We should take steps to limit our immigrant communities to slow our growth, so we can regroup and focus our priorities. I'm sure we will be having a boom of children entering adulthood every year for a while.

As for my district, as per planning, place all industry possible there. Houses and all the needs can be built in a small town for those who will be working in my district.

 I'm not fully sure if the economy can handle $25,000 of spending on housing within the decade, so I think we'll merge the two proposals instead.
