The next Enrosia update will be tomorrow (Friday).

I won't post any further updates than that to allow Seth to catch up when he returns from New York.

Sadly, there is no real way to infuse money back into our economy fast, except by foreign aid. I noticed a trend in the money amounts; in 1962 we had plus-ten thousand dollars but in 1963 we had only plus-two thosand dollars. From there it's been very low and I couldn't figure out why until I noticed that our Cannery was built in the '62-'63 period. I'm assuming it was built sometime towards the end of '62 - beginning of '63 and that is why we are running deficits. Heavy industries eat up vast amounts of capital in their first 4-7 years of operation and this will prolly continue until 1970 easy.

Short of foreign aid, I'm gonna ask El Presidente to use some executive power and fire all highschool educated workers from their non-educated jobs and put them into the Cannery. The quicker we fill it out, the faster they learn the job. and the faster we can build more capital.

Until that time, I'm affraid I will have to be cheap with the money and not allow any non-essential building; it will be up to El Presidente and his discretion. However, there are educational & industrial edicts that can be enacted to help us out, in the long run, so I will budget money for those. Because I don't remember prices off the bat, I'm guessing a safe amount of $3,000 Pesos will be set aside; $1,500 for educational edicts & $1,500 for industrial edicts. Anything not used will be put back into the general fund as we try to break even waiting for the cannery to take off.

Just my opinion though  Tongue
