chialv Outworld is a realm of existence in the Mortal Kombat canon. For the purposes of TNL, the term Outworld usually represents those that are not F-chans, but it has many applications beyond just that.

omfgninjas and Kano On The Phone started the whole Mortal Kombat gimmick years ago with the semi-National Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance skill tournament. Josh and Diff-chan popularized Mortal Kombat years later in somewhat of a revival of the term as they posted "Mortal Kombat" in stupid threads. TNL users denoting themselves as a follower of the Outworld generally are in on the gimmick.
