Recap is a lurker on TNL. He is a crusader of scanlines, the little black space between the beams created by a cathode ray tube. It is believed that he may suffer from a bizarre manifestation of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that causes him to break into a panic attack when he sees screenshots that dont have horizontal black lines artificially inserted. In spite of the fact that he knows not a word of Japanese, he is perhaps the most annoyingly virulent f-chan to ever grace the board, bogging down the database with minutiate about credits on games and crap so obscure not even NeoZeedeater gives a shit. Recap can only be summoned by his scanline batsignal which shines only when his name is merely mentioned in jest on any internet message board. Otherwise, he exists only in legend...
