It looks like I'll have to do some major date shifting in the draft content once I get everything organized and synchronized with what I originally had up with the website and work that I did a decade ago. Somewhat of a shitty day going so far today. Woke up with a bad leg cramp, had to let that ride out. Putz around and wait for a GoToMeeting thing to start, and that takes up my time before dinner. Wife wants to get some Mexican food for dinner, so I go to get it, and come home to find that my order was messed up. Go to Battlenet and read the 104 Patch news about the Wizard, find out that my second of two main characters will now have its main functionality nerfed.

Up until 330AM today, then slept until 9AM, which is probably the best stretch of sleep I've had for a weekend visit by the current guests. The child wanted to play the Genesis Sonic games. I never got around to finding an emulator to play the ROM files which I have for the Genesis and thankfully had stored on the machine in advance, so a quick search and configuration setting put us in business in minimal time. Time for another weekend visit by my wife's friend and her son. Needed to put treadmill activity before doing this so that way the room could be cleaned out properly before their arrival.

Another weekend visit by the wife's friend and her child is upon us, and I have a 7AM work start tomorrow, so I'm not sure if I can get to any draft writing today. I purchased the requisite booze for the weekend today, to get that out of the way, as the child has an absolute zero tolerance of doing anything on these trips which is not for his direct benefit or demand. Wine coolers for the ladies and a new bottle of Black Label for myself.

After a failed attempt on Sunday with both GohanX and Vasteel (what kind of retail store is closed on Sunday?), I, along with Vasteel, returned to Greensboro to raid the Lost Ark.

They have Famicom games in two places. There are maybe a dozen games, some loose and some complete, in a glass case with the other imports for Mega Drive, Super Famicom, Saturn, PS1, PS2, etc. And then there is a bin of loose games behind the counter (thank GohanX for this tip).

After the passing of a few weeks, the lawn is finally mowed. The "Guaranteed to Start" lawn mower which I had borrowed from the parents did fail in its guarantee at least one period of time between me removing a full bag of clipping to empty out. If the issue had continued for another ten minutes I would have become incredibly enraged that my lawn would have managed to essentially wreck no less than three mowers. Wife purchased a Razer Nostromo device for the PC, and it allows macro recording, so I'm going to test to see how that works with D3. Maybe I'll get banned for it! One way to find out.

I investigated the fuel tubing for the lawn mower and disassembled a small bit in order to take it apart. Gas drained out freely and nothing in any valve or intake part shown a clog or otherwise had anything lodged which I could remove. Reassembled the machine and it works just as poorly as before. ...
