It's after dinner, I'm seated and ready to squeeze in a bit of work before making a meeting in the game, and then - my PC decides to start doing some things extremely slowly. Refreshing the file listing in some Explorer windows takes more than a minute. I figure I haven't rebooted in a while, and do so, and the system eventually reaches a black screen and hangs. I had the game loaded and was playing it a bit to help be patient and try to let the PC sort itself out rather than rush it too hastily. It wasn't of any use though. Good thing it didn't happen involuntarily and I would have potentially lost something.

Friday February 21 is when they want to meet up, which would mean that I should ask for the 22nd off if I'm going to have an optimal time in joining them. I'll have to see what I can ask for.

Also, the store finally received a batch of the Ben & Jerry's Scotchy Scotch Scotch ice cream. I guess the movie tie in wasn't a big success, though I only assume as much because I can't say I've heard much buzz about the movie at this point.

Song session was surprisingly good today. After a few songs I felt like my reading and reaction were very strong and it seemed like some parts of charts like the beginning of Empathy were somehow more legible (though, it being more playable remains elusive). Yesterday wasn't so hot, but the day before it and today both felt rather good overall. How peculiar.
