My wife's been sick for a while, having something to do with a persistent cough and a sore throat. It finally spread to me, though I don't seem to be suffering as badly for it. It is bad enough that it made me lethargic enough to not play songs nor exercise yesterday. It didn't help matters that the route run yesterday went on for at least two hours longer than normal, and this was due to the amount of returns which I had to take with me after every stop. It wasn't until midday that I finally had less than a full load in the trailer. At the third stop I actually had to spend some time to remove some of the outbound freight just to put the returns behind it and subsequently reload the outbound freight. I'm glad to have done all that work yesterday, though, as it made for today's run go much more smoothly. I was home in time to get my car sticker resolved, and now I can finally drive my car again. I obtained an Ipod nano as well as a compatible Bluetooth piece, so now I can use that while I work. Personal audio with no wires to interfere, and perfectly legal to use while driving. Good.

Songs were good today too. It seems that the day's break was beneficial here as well.
