Today's route run was the lightest that I've ever had so far. The timing of events throughout the day was very strange as I was reaching places in darkness that I normally see in sunrise, and not seeing nearly as much traffic on some stretches of the path. There were patches of rain in the morning, though, and trying to navigate a truck and 45' trailer using only the reflection of light off of the wet pavement while the defroster doesn't work to remove any of the fog is a trying experience. Regardless, it all went smoothly enough that I even had enough time to do two hours of optional work afterwards.

I wanted to play more songs but a power fluctuation of some sort hit right in the middle of it and the PC flicked off because of it. It's fine. But that was as good of a message as any to just end the session at that point and be happy with it.
