While company is over for the weekend and they're all elsewhere in the belief that I'm asleep, I can take the time to write this post up. Feeling pretty devilish right now. Update: It's now past dinner and they're upstairs while I take a moment to play some songs today. They're watching a show, and I can't take anymore after seeing two episodes. Musicals disturb me.

There are times while working where I wonder if I'm perceived as being slow, and this thought comes from the fact that I usually tend to have tasks assigned to me later than anyone else who works the same shift. At the moment it is still a bit infuriating to hear other people get to return to the garage while I'm on a task, but I think I have my time balanced properly enough outside of the job that it doesn't negatively affect me all that much if I am indeed on the clock for twelve hours or more. It's still better than what I was doing this time last year. Those times of wondering if I'm slow are much less frequent now, though, in light of hearing of the work pace of at least one other coworker on the company CB. Somehow, his tractor has more problems with a higher frequency than anyone else. Somehow, the trailers he is assigned to move have more problems and take longer to resolve than anyone else. From the tone of the voice in his responses, I don't think he is deliberately trying to evade doing work. It's already at a point where I somewhat feel bad for the guy, and wonder how long he will last on the job until perhaps he moves to day shift (where he'd be less of a liability due to more traffic on the roads, resulting in him not having the capacity to do as much work regardless) or is compelled to resign. The simpler alternative of him becoming better at doing the job might not be a possibility, given that he's been with them longer than I have.

The new arcade visitation day was certainly a strange sensation, and I was rather shocked to see a few normal players there on that evening as well. My play wasn't all too splendid but I still had a generally good time of getting a few fails cleared up. Yet again, I also happened to notice I had a few people watching me play - and only happening to do so while I was making a spectacular failure of playing a rough chart. Nobody is ever around to actually see me pass something difficult. Oh well. Home sessions have thankfully been pretty strong this week as well.
