Another countdown of the final ten weeks is here. That was fast.

The good news is that I came to find out that the idea I had to strap the gladhands down to the rail chassis does indeed help to keep them attached. The bad news is that I came to this discovery by driving away from a dropped trailer without remembering to detach them, and thus completely snapped my red line in half as a result. Again, I had misfortune strike at a time and place which was more favorable than not, in that I was fortunate to have it occur in an area which was within short distance from a coworker who was able to arrive and administer a repair. The situation would have been much worse had this occurred in a more remote location or on the road. These platitudes didn't very much help my mood after the fact, because it was something which was completely my fault and I should have known better to avoid doing.

There's not a whole lot to report otherwise, beyond random bits and pieces. In the world of games; Brtual feels better with double jumps, Thumper is a nice concept which I hope I can quickly get better at (because it's rather infuriating to be failing at the very simple required inputs - it feels like the game requires very early timing to me), there are new BMS files out there which I grabbed and a quick freeleech over there helped to support doing that.

Songs weren't all that great this week, both here and at the arcade. It doesn't even look like I had played all too many songs here. Yes, I think a new batch of songs to play is due. Perhaps if I'm lucky, I can find some time to acquire them before my day off.
