Rather than try to correct myself to my old time patterns of sleep, I stuck with the change throughout this week. This means that when I get home from work, I immediately brush my teeth and go to bed. The results are pretty welcome. I don't wake up to an alarm, I get more sleep if I need it, I don't spend more time doing nothing with looking at bullshit online, and I have more time available to do things in the day if I need to, such as communicate with businesses. Doing this has turned out to be a wise choice overall. I wouldn't have been able to have nearly as much resolved this week if my schedule was the same as months before.

Into the ether: She really didn't need to write that response. How does she - how do any of them - not see how I can't do it with what my life is now. All other concerns aside, they should at least be able to understand that I couldn't do it the same way as they did for me, so from that fact alone it would be improper. So stop it. Stop it.

The change of sleep schedule seems to have a pronounced effect on my home scores too. Last Saturday's session being strong did much to convince me to keep it. What's interesting is that the resultant increases don't seem to quite resonate the same way with me as improvements did before. I think the one nice psychological effect of playing songs at the end of the work day was that it felt more like a relief at that point of the day. In comparison, leading the day off with this feels like I'm doing something like having dessert before the main course, so I think this is what is causing my responses to not be quite as emotionally charged as before. I had a new clear this week, and in the course of playing the song I felt like it wasn't terribly difficult at all - as if I should have been able to pass it all along. Seeing the result at the end had my response more along the lines of "Well of course I cleared it." instead of "Hell yes, I finally cleared it!". This all beats the alternative of playing more poorly this week, but I still find the change of personal reception to be interesting. Now if only I could finally have a strong Sinobuz session as a result of these changes.
