Boy I guess it's a good thing I wasn't planning on doing any exercise this morning.

For the second time in less than a year, my phone was stolen. The more positive aspect to this second incident is that it was only my phone itself which was taken and nothing else, so hooray for not having a wallet gone and a not-cheap MP3 player taken. The bizarre aspect to it is that it happened while I was at work. I get to the "main" facility of sorts, drop the trailer I brought in, then go to park at the opposite end to get paperwork for the next move and use the bathroom. I'm inside for ten minutes. While that's happening, someone walks into the facility off of the street, goes to my truck, and pulls the phone right out of it. There is a security guard in a booth at the only entrance and exit, and it seems that he recalls seeing the person walk in and leave. This happened on a Saturday morning, so there were few other people around (which is probably what helped embolden the thief to do the deed), so I would think that having a person walk into the area in that manner would warrant something more than a passing observation. Regardless, finding a replacement of the exact same phone proved to be rather inexpensive, and the transfer of the number to the new SIM card was graciously done for free by the person at the store. The update and importing of old information to the new phone itself went smoothly too. At least all of that worked out about as well as it could have. Meanwhile, work is proving to me that having a Windows Phone is not a viable option, nor does any option exist to make Android apps play nice on such a phone (not without jailbreaking the Windows Phone, which I'm not particularly interested in doing.) So now I have to see about upgrading the business line...

This was the weekend where a relative's graduation party occured, and thanks to this incident, I didn't even get around to saying anything to them about not attending it until after it had happened. Swell. I shouldn't have let it get to that point to begin with.

Songs. I spent 150 minutes in playing Sinobuz this past weekend, enough to get me caught up with progress on the second dojo thing. I think I'm three credits away from having it finished off, maybe less. I had a few AAAs come and it mostly went pretty well. I had a fail of Dawn The Next Endeavour because I just couldn't stay up on the tempo, and my end discrepancy had me with 800 late notes against like 50 fast. I don't think I've had the ratio be that bad in a very long time if ever. Home sessions have been generally still strong, but Friday's wasn't very good, and if anything is the first bad day I've had in some time. As with some of the plays I had at the arcade, it just felt like I was a hair slower than usual and just couldn't get at 100% of normal speed.
