Guess who's back.

This week's haul. $240 to have the car towed from the arcade to the shop, after it wouldn't start, even with a jump. $120 for a new car battery. This sequence of events put a large damper on the time off for the week. Look forward to next week's haul when I get the final amount on some dentistry work which a family member is scheduled to receive. I also obtained two arcade Tsum straps, because I felt like I could afford wasting that kind of money on something so pointless. It will be a fun thing to discover with my wife when we go out next week.

Songs. There's some rumors and news mulling about which makes it seem like the entire Bemani concept might be at its last days with Konami. It really does hurt me to consider that the end may in fact be near. I was thinking that perhaps a day would come where I would finally hit my physical limits and reach a point where playing became too physically painful for me to continue. I didn't think I'd see the series end before I would decide to quit playing it. Not after so long. Arcade session was OK. I played the weekly ranking song since it was something that was hidden in a lock on Copula, so I never had played it until this time. I failed it at 78% with an A and it looked like I was somehow rank #10 with the score I obtained from it. Long story short on how the rankings work, it would be good enough for a Platinum medal. I don't particularly believe that my ranking would be that high, especially considering how poorly my placements were with any other time I'd play the weekly ranking song. We'll see what happens next week. Home sessions have been pretty good. There were some nice jumps towards the end there, and finally a clear with タシカモノ. I think I ended it at 78% once or twice, so that's a relief.
