30 in a 30 and suddenly, for the first time in a few years, I get pulled over. Officer says that he saw the license plate light go out and that it came back on once I pulled into the restaurant parking lot where I settled so that we would be off the road. How convenient. It took about ten minutes until everything was verified for me to be in the clear. That's a relief. I guess he was bored, and it's not like it would be unreasonable to assume anyone driving at that time of night wouldn't have at least a few drinks down. Such wasn't the case for me, though. On that subject, I do think it hasn't been since September of 2016 that I've had one. Not so much as a beer. Maybe I should join AA just to get some cool chips while I stay dry.

The holidays are right here and I'm still not 100% certain which days I work or not. I'm pretty sure I should have the night of Christmas Eve off, given that the places lock up in that timeframe, but beyond that I can't say anything for certain.

Songs. I can't say that I'm too pleased with home sessions this week. Getting a new fail on an easy song today was the perfect icing to the cake. I knew I should have stopped right before it when I actually had a new record. There were a few nice jumps but there were also long stretches of drought. Sinobuz BMS needs to be here. Keysounded, that is. From the looks of it this morning, it appears that such a gift is waiting for me after all. Yay.
