Another day of work in the rain, persistent mostly throughout. The shift was shorter, but because that meant lunch was a half hour instead of a full one, I did technically work longer today than I did yesterday. It doesn't really feel like it when the day is done, though. On lunch, I purchased new gloves, new shoes, and a package of socks because my shoes already had some holes in them after two weeks of wear and my gloves finally shown a point of erosion. They had become so waterlogged lately I decided to pitch them rather than tough it out. The rest of the day was indeed more tolerable without having the sensation of having perpetually wet hands and feet.

Things I need to do soon:

Update the main ES site to reflect the blog, intermittent as the entries are at present.
Copy contents of BMS files for coworker.
Try out BMSE program to test something.
Resume writing some XML content if nothing happens within short order tonight.

Better day than yesterday at least. Cheerful Forest has come around a few times before but I kept skipping it because it starts out rough and doesn't quit throughout the lengthy three minutes, and I have encountered it at bad times. At least in doing so I more or less ensured a new record with playing it now. Stuck with Sound of Goodbye because it's not a difficult first song to play, stuck with Daisuke because I wanted to see if I could clear it again for the sake of reassurance (and thankfully did), stuck with City Angel because I wanted to see if I would do better having some preparation going into playing the song this time (which I did). Worst play is with Shoot Em All, which is not a surprise considering its density and time of occurrence today.
