I had abnormal difficulty in sleeping this past night and work was rather tortuous, particularly in the morning half. When I sat for lunch, I froze in paralysis for more than five minutes. Yet again I am distracted to wit's end and cannot focus on anything with any effective purpose.

I've tried to think of something to write here and I simply cannot think of anything that resonates within me at the moment. I have ideas, yeah, but nothing is sounding like it is properly flowing from me when I begin to think about how I want to write it.

I think I should just finish up and get to bed immediately, and brace for a day with hours similar to today. Hopefully with more rest in preparation.
